Dr. Eugie Tindal-KirkpatrickEugie Tindal-Kirkpatrick is a professional counselor, seminar leader and renowned conference speaker who has touched the lives of her many diverse audiences. She has presented nationally and internationally to many audiences in religious organizations and in the corporate world. She has authored many articles and other publications, among them "Stress and Women in Midlife Transitions", and "S.W.I.T.C.H.E.S (Successful Women in Total Charge of their Lives for Everyday Survival)". She has experienced great success in assisting her clients using a methodology she created ,"I DO WINDOWS OF THE SOULâ„¢".

Dr. Tindal- Kirkpatrick holds unique secular and religious training contributing to her vast knowledge base in Counseling, Education, Leadership Training and Strategic Planning for many organizations. She holds several degrees including: a Doctorate in Religious Studies from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary in Tampa, Florida, two Masters degrees, a Masters of Science in Urban Counseling and a Masters in Liberal Arts both fron the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore Maryland. Additionally, she has specialized training in Critical Incident Stress Management, and is a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.

Throughout her professional career as a clinician, she has specialized in working with people with Traumatic Stress, domestic violence, general growth and development involving life transition, grief and bereavement. She has also worked as a guidance counselor in local school districts, specifically in the area of building self esteem in adolescents. She created the Center for Self Esteem, Empowerment and Positive Thinking as a school reform initiative at Walbrook High School during its' tenure with the Coalition of Essential Schools.

A dynamic and thought provoking speaker, Dr. Tindal-Kirkpatrick continues to conduct seminars and workshops around the country and abroad. She is often sought out to provide intervention services for individuals and groups experiencing traumatic stress in the workplace. Her client list include: The International Alliance for Invitational Education, Witness Systems, Jostens Computer Corporation, Maryland Public Television, Womens' Aglow( Bermuda), Cathedral at Turner Chapel A.M.E.,The Living Water Church, The Baltimore Links, Wachovia Bank and many others. Dr. Eugie, as she is affectionately known, also works with individual clients in removing barriers for success and achievement for achievement of their goals.

She added Personal and Corporate Coaching to her services in 1996. Coaching provides a collaborative, guiding and mentoring service to those who want to set and reach personal goals, make significant changes/transitions, improve relationships and or design their life plan.
